We are based in Kiambu and our technicians travel county to county, so we are not limited to one city. How quickly we reach you depends on where you are — and we will tell you honestly when you call.
How our coverage works
Around our base
We are based at Ngatha House on Indian Bazaar Street in Kiambu, and we keep technicians working across the surrounding towns and the wider Nairobi area. This is where we move fastest — call before mid-afternoon and we can usually reach you the same day.
Further afield
Our technicians travel between counties for work, so being outside the capital does not put you out of reach. We agree the day, the arrival window and the call-out charge with you on the phone, before anyone sets off.
Not sure if we reach you?
Call and ask. We travel widely for bigger jobs and for customers with several appliances to look at. If we genuinely cannot get to you we will say so straight away rather than waste your day — and where we can, we will point you to someone who can.
What the call-out charge covers
Because we travel to you, there is a call-out charge that depends on the distance. It covers the technician's travel, the testing and a written verdict on the fault — and it comes off the final bill if you go ahead with the repair. You will always know the figure before we set off.

Water dispensers, microwaves, air conditioning and TVs on a maintenance schedule.
Airbnbs & rentals
Between-guest turnarounds and landlord accounts with consolidated billing.

Laundry equipment, refrigeration and cooling, invoiced against LPOs.
