How we work
Every technician on our team is trade-qualified, background-checked and carries identification. They arrive in a marked vehicle, inside the two-hour window we gave you, with the parts that fail most often already on board.
Before anything is opened up, you get the fault explained in plain language and a firm price. If you would rather not go ahead, that is completely fine — you pay the diagnosis fee and keep the written report, which is yours to take to anyone.
When the job is done, we test it with you watching, clean up after ourselves and issue a receipt. That receipt is your guarantee document.
